A Soft Focus Bride Portrait with Flowers in the Foreground
This soft focus bride portrait begins with the bouquet. Deep pink petals, almost-black roses and tiny pale flowers sit close to the camera, while the bride stays gentle and distant behind them. Her expression is quiet, as if the room has paused for a second.
I would not call myself a wedding photographer. I have only photographed a few people I know, and this bride is one of them. Wedding photography is not the field I feel closest to, but it can hold incredibly beautiful moments.
This image carries the heavy watermark marks from my old site. Back then, I placed logos on every photograph. I found this version there and used it as it was instead of searching for the original file. Yes, sometimes laziness wins. 😂
Still, I like what remains in this soft focus bride portrait: the small distance between her and the flowers, the dark colors, and the quiet feeling before a day becomes busy. I appreciate being trusted with even a small piece of someone else’s story.
Life is strange. Sometimes the happiest moments can later become the ones you never want to remember again.
